    From May 10th to 12th, the 3rd China Exhibition for Sustainable & Prefabricated Building Materials and Intelligent Construction and the 16th China Int'l Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo were held in Guangzhou. Ltd participated in the exhibition, focusing on the company's advanced achievements in construction industrialization, intelligent construction, green construction, digital construction, smart detection and other fields, which attracted widespread attention.

1.China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Science and Technology Building Project

    The Science and Technology Innovation Building project of China Construction Fourth Engineering Division fully leverages its advantages of the entire industry chain, actively explores the technical path for near-zero energy consumption construction of super high-rise office buildings, and achieves a comprehensive energy saving rate of 61.00% and a renewable energy utilization rate of 25.36%, meeting the requirements of nearly zero energy consumption. It meets the requirements of energy consumption building standards and is the first nearly zero energy consumption building in the country that is over 150 meters tall.

 

2. Zero-carbon park renovation project

    The zero-carbon park renovation project of China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. has applied a total of 60 low-carbon technologies through four major steps: structural reinforcement, surface improvement, low-carbon operation and maintenance, and intelligent operation, as well as 34 major energy-saving and carbon-reduction special designs and low-carbon operation management strategies, while achieving deep greenness and zero energy consumption in key buildings, we will also achieve the overall zero-carbon goal of the park.

 

3. Low-carbon photovoltaic modular house

     China Construction Fourth Engineering Division independently develops low-carbon photovoltaic modular housing products. Based on two energy systems, photovoltaic/solar storage and soft storage, it introduces the third-generation building photovoltaic integration technology system and develops modular, Low-carbon, smart low-carbon photovoltaic modular house system products.

 

4. Light storage direct-flexible technology

     The self-developed light-storage direct-soft cabin is based on an energy-saving technology system that combines active and passive components. It uses advanced low-carbon building materials such as aerogel, passive radiation cooling paint, and BIPV curtain walls, and introduces a "light-storage direct-flexible" high-efficiency energy system to create a building Flexible energy system demonstration project.

 

 

Low Carbon Industrial Construction (Industrial Construction System)

1.CF-MiC system

   The CF-MiC system of China Construction Fourth Engineering Division is the "component combination and formwork-free modular building system", which can achieve an assembly rate of 92.5%. Compared with traditional methods, the on-site engineering volume is reduced by 80%, on-site labor is reduced by 60%, and construction waste is reduced Reduce by 75% and material loss by 25%.

 

2. New system of fully assembled shear wall structure with dense vertical joints

     Based on the large space and large components, a new system of fully assembled shear wall structures with vertical joints and close-fitting is developed. Through the full assembly of the main structure of the building and the continuous close-fitting of prefabricated components, the construction site can be supported-free, formwork-free and with fewer external frames.

 

Low Carbon Smart Construction

1. Cloud factory

     Independently developed a series of cloud factory products, covering four scenarios including cast-in-place structures, prefabricated residential structures, and high piers. It creates a "factory-like" construction environment for construction and improves the level of industrialization and intelligent construction of on-site operations. It is currently used globally. Multiple project applications.

 

2. Construction robots and intelligent equipment

     At present, China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau has developed and used more than ten kinds of construction robots and intelligent equipment in three categories, including free-walking construction robots, orbital construction robots, intelligent driving vehicles, etc. Relying on the factory-like environment of the cloud construction factory, this type of smart products can carry out operations such as steel bar handling, formwork opening and closing, concrete construction, mobile inspections, and automatic component hoisting to achieve intelligent production on the construction site.

 

3. Mechanical and electrical intelligent manufacturing

     Create a prefabricated assembly intelligent manufacturing base, continue to carry out the research and development of electromechanical prefabricated assembly technology and intelligent equipment, and create the first domestic intelligent flexible production line for mechanical and electrical metal components in construction, breaking the traditional processing technology of angle steel brackets. The comprehensive daily output of the production line can reach 360 pieces, increasing the production capacity by 240%. .

 

Low Carbon Green Building Materials

1. Low carbon building materials

    Independently develop a series of low-carbon building materials products, including gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, lightweight plastering gypsum, high-precision gypsum blocks, foam concrete, lightweight insulation concrete, insulation structure integrated concrete, etc., through the reuse of industrial solid waste resources , achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and reduce environmental pollution.

 

2. High performance building materials

     Independently research and develop high-performance building materials, including machine-made sand, ultra-high-performance concrete, underwater non-dispersible concrete, translucent concrete, permeable concrete and other products, which can adapt to various construction scenarios and building needs, allowing building materials to achieve better utilization effects.

 

3. Reinforcement and repair materials

    Independently research and develop high-strength non-shrinkage concrete, high-ductility concrete, road surface rapid repair materials and other reinforcement and repair materials to meet the needs of structural reinforcement of buildings, enhance load-bearing capacity and extend service life, reduce safety hazards, and make buildings safer and residents more secure.
